Hi poh, ano po ang dapat inumon pamparegla? kc poh mens q last sept is 27 tas nong oct poh nging 1 tas nong oct nging 2 nanaman poh regla q ngaung december poh wla pa delay na poh aq ng 7 days kc nong oct poh nki pag contact aq e withdrawal nman gnawa tas ng take aq ng pills anu pong dpat qng gwin at inumin?
