Osteomyelitis Tb Treatment

I have osteomyelitis tb on my right foot. I have been taking R-cinex 600/300, benadon 40mg, veloz D, combutol 1000, and pyrazina 1500 for 1yr. Am i on the right track? Also, does R-cinex 600/300 mean that I should be taking 2 tabs to achieve a dosage of 600+300?
