Pills marked with an L at the start of the imprint are all over the counter items manufactured by LNK International, they only make OTC items that are then sold by various stores as generic or store brands.
This one, in particular, is a chewable children's Acetaminophen tablet, the purple are either grape or mixed berry flavored. It is 80mgs. So a generic or store brand for Children's Chewable Tylenol.
