Need Doctor To Write Oxycodone In Virginia Mn Area

Who in the Virginia/Hibbing/Mt. Iron? I live in northern Minnesota. My current PCP is retiring and no one is prescribing narcotis. I am currently on Oxcycode 10 mg every 4 hours and Oxycodone 40mg CR twice a day. Please help. have numerous diagnosis to support the reasons on why I need the oxycode.
