i need to know what mylan is and what it is for and evenything it helps

Well Mylan is not the name of the drug, that is the drug manufacturer, they make a ton of different products.

As to what this pill is, I don't know. I checked several databases, including the one on Mylan's own site, and there is no pill listed with the number 1145 on it. Can you please double check the imprint?
