My Granddaughter Does Not Do Drugs Fails Drug Test For Cps Yet Passes Givin By A Real Doctor

Cps got report there was drug use in my home so they showed up asking questions wanting everyone in house to take a drug b test. My granddaughter and her 18 month old live with me. She took the test mouth swab and cps said she failed. Said test showed she used methamphetamine that day and recently used cocaine, pot and opiates. We both said it was impossible cause she has never done any of these. Granddaughter asked to have it done again and cps worker said no she didnt have to. Then they asked me to take I refused saying I wasnt about to take one of theres but would go to a dr and do it. They took the baby to a family member. As soon as they left I took my granddaughter to a care now dr office and told them what happened. They gave my granddaughter a drug test which was negative. She passed 100%. Not a trace of methamphetamine, cocaine, etc. Now our baby was taken for no reason. We have to get an attorney to fight this. Its not fair. How can they get away with ruining peoples lives. This is embarrassing and humiliating.

your story is horrifying because this also happened to me. 1st mistake we all make is we first believe what dcf tells us. Their mission is NOTto keep families together, rather the opposite. They want open cases =job security. Mistake#2 is to allow them to administer test.They legally cant even ask or demand this test. Only a judge can.Only a Dr can administer test.Immediately go to probate family court.Ask clerk for paperwork to file a motion to petition for custody from dcf or family member. Im hoping u have given baby temporary custody to family. Now this is most important -do not enter into any drug treatment, AA etc... that is connected with substances.This will only document against u later on paper when the judge reads that u attended, it is assumed u needed this type of help. No matter what they say this does NOT help u.Hopefully you have given temporary custody to family who u can trust and willing to help with the following to make process simpler. 1st you contact cps and tell them u have obtained a lawyer (NON EXISTANTdont bother to spend the money)and though youwant" to, your lawyer has advised you to refuse any further working with cps. Lawyer advises Since cps has already commited deliberate act to demand a test without a judgement to do so,adminstering an on site drug test knowingly illegally soughtthe true fact that they have done nothing to create reunification with you granddaughter and child.If you have no child custody now, then you/cps actually have no reason for an open or any case with cps, as you have no children. They can not have a case with someone who has no child custody.Do NOT.to say who lawyer is(,as you just happen to not hae their businees card with you at time you are calling.)State your
lawyer will be in touch w cps.them if they have any need for them, (other than the letter you will be soon be recieving from cps)which is THE CLOSURE OF CASE letter! dont wait for letter, go Next,Go to probate court clerk with the custodial family member to ask for paperwork to request a court date to return temporary custody if you dont already have a return to court date. Make another one.one to return temporary custody back to parent This may will take a couple of months to be heard.cps or dcf given Lawyers do nothing to help u. After all they are paying them not u. I bent over backwards for cps and got nowhere. when the date comes the judge will ask "is dcf cps involved? " You will be able to answer NO!!!! truthfully. you will undoubtedly be given back custody. Best of luck .rehearse befor making calls. The worst part is the lenghty separation, which as the family member who has cudtody is the ONLY one who can decide who watches the baby not cps. She can be babysat" indefinitley by her own mother if custodial person deems it so. CPS WILL LIE about every single thing no remorse. Always use the babys name when speaking of her never start a sentence with "I need/wantand always start with Baby needs wants and what ever" is in my childs best interest. Im not a nlawyer but i could be by now cuz of dcf. get a lawyer if u need to , but only u can do this anyways. they are merely moneycollectors and figureheads.

I took a hair test and it came back positive for cocaine but I didn't use cocaine. I was taking a medication Benzonatate and it says it has LIDOCAINE in it, so is this where this comes from? Somebody please help.

My sister lives with my parents and her kids. My parents have full guardianship for the kids. Cps went to their house and asked for my sister and tested her. She tested positive for Methamphetamine. Cps referred her to an out patient program and she used again. Can cps come for the kids even though my parents have Guardian ship and the kids are 17, 16, and 15?
