Motions Problem

Hy sir,
This is Sriram iam suffering from motions. Iam going to motions one's in a day only and also....
Every minute air(gas, babuls) is coming from by back.....
If I eat any thing next minute two much of gas will come heavy......

And also when I go motions bad is smell is coming near me after wash also....

Pls can u help my problem......
