Minnesota Short Term Disability
UpdatedI need to find a doctor to support keeping me out of work for my osteoarthritis in my ankles, knees, hips, hands and spine and Fibromyalgia and RA. I have a doctor now that pulled me out of work but revises to fill out my short term disability and sent me to occupational doctor to fill it out and he seen me for 10 mins and said back to work with restrictions and now my rheumatologists agrees with him. I would prefer a doctor in northwest suburbs that will support a patient and understand how painful it is to work with the conditions I have.
