Long Continuance Of Alfoo

I am 60 years old. I have simple prostrate enlargement and the urologist advised for
surgery.and advised me to take alfoo 10 mg till surgery. As I am preoccupied with my profession and family affairs, I am postponing the surgery everytime.I am taking alfoo
for over a year. Can I continue like this?
