Liver Disease False Positive Drug Test

I recently tested positive for cocaine in a urine sample and at first thought someone had put it in my drink over the weekend. Later blood work shows that I have high ggt from heavy drinking. Can this cause a false positive?

I'm a chronic pain patient and recently I was positive for cocaine and I don't know how!? I'm not a drug person, I don't even smoke marijuana! Can someone please tell me why?
