Kera Gro Sucks. Giant Scam!
UpdatedKeragro is terrible on many levels. 1. 99.9% customer service reps are rude as hell 2. The mobile website doesn't contain all the info 3. The product doesn't really even work. & 4. They clearly aren't satisfying their customers. I had tried to cancel 3 times within the 14 day trial & was told I couldn't till I physically received the product. I was charged the $87 today. When I called the lacy who took my call initially was rude, insulted me, called me a liar & wouldn't even let me explain the situation. She hung up on me. When I called back the gentleman I spoke to was that 0.01%. He was very nice refunded me a partial amount & let me explain everything. But nonetheless it seems like the amount of bad reviews this company (if you can call it that) gets you would think they would be a little more customer experience orientated. I work as a customer service phone sale associate & I know that if I was to treat any of my customers like I was treated today I would get fired on the spot. These people should reevaluate how they want their customer service reps to treat customers. Right now they suck. They claim they have world class customer service. Yeah right World class my a**.
