I Took A Phentremine Pill Accidently 80 Hrs Later Had Preemployment Drug Consumed Lot Of Water Safe Or Not

It was early one morning and grabbed wife's prescription instead of my own. It was a 37.5 mg phentremine. She has a prescription. Made me feel aweful, however knowing I had a drug screen coming up, I drank a lot of water. 80 hrs later I submitted my sample. I understand it is a 5 panel lab test by Medtox. I am so stressed that an early morning oversight has cost me a job I've tried to get for awhile. Been praying hard.
