i am 22 years old. my height is 5". i also doing bodybuilding exercise. plz recommend the suitable medicine or idea to increase my height........

I'm sorry, but at your age you are past your growth phase and there is nothing you can do to grow any taller.

The only substances available that can help are growth factors that are only effective if given when a child is still young and growing. Even then, it will only help them to attain their genetically predetermined height, it will not make them grow any taller.
