Heart Patient With Diabeties Type 2 Problem
UpdatedMy relative is 66 yrs old and had angioplasty twice in 2005 and 2014. Pls suggest good solutions. He is taking the following medicines:
Nebicard 5, Trajenta 5 mg, Glycomet 2 GP Forte, Clopicet A150, Rosurica 20, Pantop 40, Pevesca plus 75
Please see and tell us any further reactifications in medicines as now he is fed up with the routine taking of all the above said ones.
Are there ready mix combinations available for such patients, so that we may take 2-3 meds instead of 7?
