Hair Follicle Test False Positive
UpdatedI am 26 years old and I have never failed a drug test in any way shape or form (oral, urine or hair) but this time, on the 1st of june, i failed my hair follicle test. I do not do any drugs whatsoever, never have in my life. Yes I have taken OTC drugs for headache and things like that but nothing illegal such as cocaine (which is what I tested positive for).
The only thing I can think of is that the clinic didn't follow protocol, they didn't even ask me for a retest. I am denied my new job because of this. I was tested in the ER on the 10th and the 19th of May for any drugs because of my headaches, and they were all negative. so why is it popping up now?? is there a way I can get a medicine list (current) of medicines that would play a part in this??
