Yes, as reported by the U.S. FDA, this medication may cause gas, bloating, nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and hypoglycemia, as side effects.
They should go away, once your body gets used to the medication, but that may take 4 to 5 weeks, if they do not go away, or if they worsen, you should consult your prescriber.
