Find Family Doctor In Ohio

I don't have a family doctor and I can't find 1 to see me with my current chronic :-) back problems I've had 4back surgery I've had a lower lumbar fusion Plus a cervical fusion I've got a total of 4 rods and 26 screws in my back now my thoracic is bad and they're probably going to have to do another fusion on it I have an appointment with the surgeon in Columbus on the 12th and I can't find a doctor that will see me I just need to know if you can help me find one somewhere in Ohiothank you for any help you can give
