Yellow Xanax Bar R039 Possibly Fake?

I have a yellow pill that is rectangular with R039 on it and has 3 score marks. I don't have a huge tolerance for Xanax but I took 5, yes FIVE, bars and felt absolutely nothing. They looked 100% legit but contained absolutely no Alprazolam.

They're going around Toledo Ohio too. The fake thick yellows, and the thick greens. I have some thin yellows which I KNOW are the real deal. Hope this helps. I have had the thick yellow bars and felt NOTHING, after taking 3 within 3 hours. The thin ones are the real deal. Just my thoughts and input.

Yeah but laws are crazy now. No benzos if you have opiate script. I have chronic migraines, mostly triggered by stress and I’ve been told to choose one script over the other. So now I have to go to the streets to find them. Just so I can avoid pain. Way to go docs

These Dr.'s here in San Antonio wont prescribe to the ppl like me who really have horrible panic attacks but they will prescribe them to ppl on heroin so they can turn around and sell them for 7 dollars a pop to ppl like me that really need them (not to sell or take recreationally)! SMH, just don't get it. They'll prescribe me clonazepam in a new york min. But they do absolutely nothing for me! IT TRULY SUCKS TO BE ME.

Fentanyl is very expensive!!! Correction, it could possibly laced with Fentanyl then that would be bad or rat poison.

I got my prescription of xanax and they look almost orange they are so dark yellow. The long dark yellow pill has "r 039" only on one side. It has nothing on the back of the pill. Is it real xanax? Please help. I'm afraid to take it and I need my anxiety meds...

Fake ones go around in Northern Eastern Tennessee and Southeastern Kentucky. I think that was the question. I wish I also knew the answer. Cause I need them and it's hard. Its not that easy to get them in northern Tennessee. I had a break down and didn't know who I was for 1 month.was put in.a mental hospital and get antidepressant. Was then sent home highly medicated with antidepressant and still didn't know what was really going on for 2 weeks. I seen a psychiatrist for 2 years cause they said I had a psychological break down but it was it was a nervous break down. I will say around here doctors gave drugs out to who ever wanted them. Now people who need them now can't get them.

So f***ing true. Or they always want to try you on s*** that takes two weeks to build up in your system. I was on xanax since i was a kid. When i couldnt get them i turned to oxys bc i needed something to calm down. Well since i dropped dirty now with insurance they do NOT want to give me xanax which i need. I cant get in a damn car without freaking the f*** out. I have a really s***ty life bc i can barely leave my house. I have insurance. They are cracking down on the doctors and its truly hard to get xanax nowadays. Even if u have been on them almost all your life!! People drug seek and f*** it up for us with legit anxiety disorders. It's all unfair. So i guess im trying to find a different doctor but until then unfortunately my quality of life is pretty horrible without them!! Its not fair to the people who truly need them!!

Regarding the original post;

First of all no person with a legitimate need for Xanax would be taking 5 bars at once. Only someone who has a crazy high tolerance and is abusing them could take that much without passing out.

Let's face it, most people getting them off the streets aren't for therapeutic reasons. I realize there are exceptions where people do have to obtain them illegally for legitimate reasons. As someone else pointed out doctors are hesitant to prescribe them to younger people.

Yet to those of you saying "well go get the prescribed legitimately", that would never work anyway for someone who abuses them. They'd be out of their script in 3-4 days.

I do agree that SSRI as a first line treatment for Panic attacks, Agoraphobia, or non-social anxiety is completely ridiculous. Those people should, at least, be given a 2 week supply of lorazepam to see if the SSRI helps (which in most cases it won't).

I do feel bad for younger people (25 or younger) who can't get benzo's because of their age (basically age discrimination). I do believe many of them truly need them as this whole SSRI push, IMO, is a money grab.

Librium was the first benzodiazepine ever created. People aren't going to put Librium in a counterfeit alprazolam bar. If they did, the pills would actually work to some extent... and for longer since Librium has a much longer half-life than Xanax.

I have been taking Xanax & Klonopin over the last 14 years. However after the opiate "just say no to drugs" phase, I started the oh my god benzo, "just say no to drugs phase"! Last year when my apartment burned down, needless to say I floated from place to place and in the process have had my medication stolen more than once! So for those of you out there who think Common Sense isn't so common or smart people aren't so smart... please remember shoes, moccasins, miles, ring a bell?

The best way to know is if it is your script. The second best way is color. Real never vary in color. So always look them up before you eat them & if the color is off even in the slightest dont eat. Yeah it sucks & you will be tempted to just try but you could be getting anything. It could be fentanyl which is so cheap and 2mg would kill you. JUST MY 2CENTS..........TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. BE SAFE

They are fake. I have a real script of R039 xanax bars and they are smaller than the fake ones not by much but smaller. Also the color of the two arn't identical the real ones are bright yellow. Sorry to be the barrer of bad news.
