can I still get prego if my jadelle has been expired for 7 years and still in my arm

Yes, pregnancy is a possibility. Once the Jadelle has expired, it is no longer releasing the hormone required to prevent ovulation.

Why has it not been removed?

Are you using any other methods of contraception?
