Epidrin Cap Excellium
UpdatedI haven't had a migraine in 8 years, but now have one that has been going on for 2 days. I have an old prescription of Epidrin Cap Excellium that is 8 years old. Is it okay to take this, or would it be dangerous or less effective?

It will most likely be less effective, so it would be best to dispose of it and see your doctor for a new supply of a medication to alleviate your migraine.
The FDA lists the typical side effects for this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach pain.
Are you on any other medications?
