Updated"Hello: i am a 34 yr old female. Im confused about my lab results. The labs were NON fasting. The results show an eGFR non African 103 ml/min 1.73 >59. Also a BUN/ creatine ratio of 21. WBC of 3.0 (low) Neutrophils 26 (low) lymphs 63 (high) neutrophils.
