Dot Drug Test Results And Dmv Notification

I am a 54 year old, male, Navy Veteran. I had my pre-employment DOT drug test today. I have been prescribed Tylenol-3, by a Veteran's Administration, licensed medical doctor, for the last 7-8 years for occasional intense migraine head aches. I last took (4) Tylenol-3 pills, 2 days ago. I have the pharmacy container with a copy of my prescription glued to the bottle. It has my Primary Care Physician's Name, Clinic's Name, Address, Phone Number, Date Prescription was filled and the recommended dosage. By the way, the dosage says "2-4 tablets as needed for pain". All this Data, I tried to give to the urgent care, industrial medicine, urine test collector. She did not want any of it and said that her clinic has nothing to do with results, they just collect urine and maintain a chain of custody. She told me to give all this info to my employer. She said it will be up to them how to proceed. I immediately met with my prospective employer and tried to give him all this data. He told me that it would be up to the test facility to notify the CA DMV with the results. So here I am. I have a completely legal prescription, prescribed by the VA, with all the data to back it up and nobody seems to care. I only take maybe 8-10 during a 30 day period. I have never felt groggy, sleepy, or impaired. I want this job very, very, badly but I don't like feeling like my head is going to pop once or twice a month either. I have been honest and up front every step of the way, yet I am very anxious as to what will happen now. Can you, possibly, supply some answers for me to the following questions?

1) Will I test positive for codeine?

2) Does the fact that I have a legal prescription, issued by a Medical Doctor, of the VA, have any impact on what is done with the test results?

3) Is it a requirement of the test facility or my prospective employer to notify the DMV of my test results? If yes, am I entitled to submit my prescription data to the DMV as well?

4) Lastly, can the CA DMV suspend or revoke my Class A CDL?
