Cytotec Effect If I Am Not Pregnant

I had sex 3 days ago but not insert process and no discharge inside.but during rubbing penis outside my vagina suddenly hit outside my vagina and spot of blood seen.later on next day I feel bad and pain in my vagian. i am sure no sperms discharge but mi8 b precum.touch. I became fear and thought I am pregnant without knowing anything i took cytotec on 3rd day and i got vaginal bleed n pain in my stomach.i go to doc. she said stop to take it without knowing anything that u r pregnant or not and precum cause nothing.my question is that is after taking this medcn i got regular perids incase i am not pregnant? i am not pregnant i am sure but this pill damage my uterus for future? plz kindly guide me what i hav to do now
