Although I cannot find a definitive ID for the CL 041 pill, this related discussion thread describes the same markings, and the title lists the ingredients Butalbital + APAP (Acetaminophen) + Caffeine. So if the title for that thread is correct then this drug is used to treat migraines. Do you have any other details/clues that you can post? A manufacturer name, or where this was obtained from?
