I'm emil, 17 yrs old . i start taking cherifer 2 weeks ago. tumangkad ako ng 1 inch. from.5'1 to 5'2. I'm not really sure if it is because of cherifer. but take note i am taking this food supplement with proper diet and exercise.hheh :D

It's not effective IF you're just going to take. Don't depend on pills only. If you (desperately) want to grow taller, you should at least sleep early. Growth hormones work between 10 p.m. - 3 a.m., that's what my doctor said. Thinking that you'll grow tall will work as well (psychologically which affects the body).

AND keep in mind that women grows quickly than boys during childhood but it becomes otherwise upon entering puberty / adulthood; boys grow faster while girls start to grow slower in that stage.

nung 12 yrs old ako mga grade 6 ako nyan ang height ko is 5'6" tapos pag dating ko ng HS hanggang college 2 inches lang itinangkad ko. 5'8" or 5'9" ang height ko and 19yrs na ako. :|

The ones that you can buy in Philippines work more.. I told one of my relatives to buy me some and it worked for me. It depends how the person takes it and the time the person takes it.. Ive been taking mine for a few weeks now and i did grow taller by a few inches..

may i know ur age? i want my daughter to take cherifer with zinc as a supplement for her to get another 2inch. she is 17yo and im wondering if it is still going to work at her age. does it need to take the capsule on specific time daily? is it more effective taking it before bedtime? tnx

Ako nung grade 6 ako start uminom ng cherifer pero tumaba lang ako kya tumigil ako then nag exercise ako ng exercise hanggang sa nag 1st year highschool pumayat na ko pero ang height ko lng nun is 4'8 wala na kong ininom na suplements pag katungtong ko ng Highschool hanggang sa mag 4th year ako na reach ko na ang height na 5'8 now nag te-take ako ng Cherifer PGM sana tumangkad pa ko. I'm 16 btw :)

pag tapos nyung uminom ng 1 year or more itigil nyu un biglang uusbong na kau,,,,,,,kasi dati nung 10 years old ako 4'9 lang ako ngaung 15 na ako 5'8 na ako kaya sisimulan ko ulit taps titigil ko ulit hahahahah
