Hi, I'm 20 years old..5 flat po height ko..will my height still increase if I take cherifer premium?? Please answer.. in our family matatangkad naman po sila..

Guys 14 yrs old na ako ngayon coming to 15 ngayong Dec.
Male.
Amf.ang height ko po ngayon is 5'3 then nag start na ako uminom ng cherifer ngayong araw nato.
Sa tingin nyo ano na ang height ko pag dating ko ng 21 yrs old kung ipagpatuloy ko ang aking pag inom ng cherifer PGM/CGF??? Answer plss?salamat. :D

Hindi pa po ako nkakagamit nito
I hope na efective ito sa akin
At tsaka gustu ko ng tumangksd at lumusog pwede ho ba ito?

Hi guys! Tungkol pala sa Cherifer yung gaano sya ka effective, effective talaga sya. Mga 9 capsules pa lang naiinom ko pero napansin ko na tumangkad na ako kasi meron akong kaklaseng nasa shoulder area lang ako sa kanya (mga around 5'5.8 ako) pero ngayon nasa neck area na ako (mga 5'7 na ako) pag dumikit ako sa kanya hehe ang pangarap kong height is 6'10'' pero hanggang pangarap na lang talaga haha mga around 5'7 - 5'8 ako by this time basta ang tips ko sa inyo inumin nyo pag talagang matutulog na kayo for example kung magce-cellphone/tablet ka pa at magfa pag nakahiga ka na wag mo muna inumin dapat pag literal mo nang ipipikit mata mo at matutulog at much better kung sasamahan mo ng ibang multivitamins like enervon etc. at dapat matulog din kayo ng 10:00 (dapat literal na tulog na kayo ng time na to) at atleast 7 hours (sa adult 18-20 above) or 8 hours (sa mga bata like 10-12 y.o and teens like 13 above). Yung iba sabi nila mag stretching daw which is great para mastretch yung bones kaso di ko alam kung anong mga exercises kelangan gawin hehe pero nagwo-workout naman ako mostly weighted workouts basta yun tuloy tuloy lang yan guys and wag pong umasa na kung talagang maliit ang mga parents and grandparents wag na mag expect maging 6' kasi wala rin kayong mapapala and besided kung ganon talaga genetics wala tayong magagawa. Ibawi nyo na lang sa mga magiging anak nyo yung height potential. (And favor po kung magrereply po kayo pakibigyan po ako nung mga stretching exercise na ginagawa nyo specially dun sa mga tumangkad na with stretching at cherifer para gawin ko din at maire commend ko sa friends ko hehe) Yun lang guys God Bless and i hope mag reply kayo sa request ko :)

Mahirap mag estimate ng exact na height eh, pero kung umiinom ka every night, nagstre-stretching every day, natutulog ng atleast 8 hours at ang start mo ng tulog ay 10:00 pm exact, umiinom ka ng milk at blessed ka ng genetics, wala na akong duda na 6 foot ka na kahit di ka pa 21 and kung 21 ka na at hindi pa naghi-hit ng plateau/nagcompact yung growth plates ng katawan mo pwedeng maging 6'5 +++++ ka basta gawin mo lang yung kelangan mong gawin and most important is have faith na tatangkad ka and on the side note kapag di na tumatalab yung stretching mo dagdagan mo ng reps/seconds ng exercise para mapilitan yung katawan mong magdagdag ng height.

24 na ako,..pde parin ba ako uminom ng cherifer?may nagsabi saken na ung pgm kc ung dosage pang hanggang age na 22 lng,..so pde ba ako uminom ng 2 capsule per day para umabot ang dosage na pang 24 year old?
