Kanina bumili ako ng cherifer 2 capsule muna kasi iniipon ko. So ano yung difference ng plain sa may halong zinc. Yung plain 18 php yung zinc 20. May nabasa ako na kung goal mo eh madagdagan ang height mo need mo ng multivitamins na may zinc atleast 5mg per dosage. I don't know why basta yan ang nabasa ko

Hello. I'm 20 years old. I'm 5'5. I 2ant to be taller.I'm taking cherifer pgm with zinc. 20 php per capsule. Is it still effective to me even I'm 20 years old? I'm taking the pill with milk, exercise and enough sleep.Please reply. Thanks!

kailangan ng stretching sa umaga nyan, good hours of sleep. hindi basta inom, kailangan din ng exercise

23 na ako this year, narealize ko magpatangkad ok ba ako uminom ng cherifer kahit lagpas na ako sa limit na 22? Nakainom na ako before, nung teenager pa ako mga month lang tumigil na ako kasi nga masakit sa tyan. Ngayon, gusto ko ulit icontinue kahit maskit sa tyan basta tumangkad. 4'11 ako ngayon target ko sana 5'5.

Cherifer PGM is effective for me
im Johnray and 19 yrs old male.
ang Height ko ay 5'5. last 2 months.
bumili ako ng Cherifer PGM at Enervon Multivitamins..
ggcng ako ng 5:30 am . streching lng atleast 30 mins everyday.
i played basketball din or valleyball p nga minsan.
umiinom ako nyan ng Cherifer pgm at enervon after ng EXERCISE! .
syempre pagtapos ng exercise kain muna bgo uminom nyan..
then after that!
after one week na wlang palyang exercise and taking this med..
tumengkad ako ng 1 inch 1/2 ..
tnutuloy ko lang yan..
ngaun
my height is 5'9 1/2 na..

Same here. Pag umiinom ako biglang sumasakit tyan ko tapos parang nangangasim tyan ko sa sakit at nakakaiyak yung sakit hindi ko din alsm bakit laging ganun :(
