Can Unwanted 72 Delay Periods?

I have irregular periods. I had my periods on 29th April then next period was on 2nd June. I had sex on 24th and 25th June and took unwanted 72 on 25th June soon few hours after sex. On 6th June i was supposed to get my periods but till now i did not have periods. Please help. Am I pregnant? Or my periods are delayed due to the intake of unwanted 72?
