Bladder Control

My mother is living with me now and her incontinence (bladder) is a big issue. She wets herself in public and home is a constant mess. Any suggestions? I have a timer that goes off every hour to remind her to go to the bathroom.

My father still lives by himself and had prostrate cancer several years ago. Now he has bladder issues - was taking Vesicare and just got off gelnique because he says it doesn't work. Went back to vesicare
Suggestions???
