Taking Xorimax For A Yeast Infection During Pregnancy
UpdatedHi, I am 18 weeks pregnant, and I had a yeast infection so my OB Gyne prescribed me Xorimax 500mg twice a day every 12 hours for two weeks. I have been taking the medication for 8 days now and intend to stop taking it because I fear that it may not be safe to take this medication for more than a week??? Other than that, I don't think I have the yeast infection anymore since I don't have the discharges I used to have. Will it be okay if I discontinue the medication? What about the yeast infection, will it come back if I do not finish the treatment?
