I found a white round tablet that says HL on one side and the other is blank. Can’t find any info when searching. What is it?

It's likely not a standard US prescription drug, otherwise it would be relatively easy to ID. Could be over the counter. Could be a supplement. Could be a foreign medication. Do you have any inklings as to what you are expecting it to be? Such as any packaging or labeling on the container?
