Warfarin - Wrong Dose On Different Day
UpdatedA caregiver has given a lady 4 mg of warfarin but the chart stated that she only needed 3 mg. Tomorrow she is to have 4 mg. If she gives her 3 mg instead of 4 mg will this be a big problem? She is still getting the doses she needs.
