Urticuria
Updatedhi there, past 2 months i have been getting rashes all over body, not stress related, but figured out that its certain foods i eat such as tomatoes, vinegar, butter/margarine, fish, nuts, visisted dermatologist and he prescribed texa, took texa for one month, all it does is supposedly suppresses it(antihistamine), honestly this did not work, i am now on aterax for two weeks, will take it for a further 2 weeks, this also most probably wil supress it buit not cure it, rashes are like round coin sizes , certain foods give rashes on different parts of body, but predominantly arms, and neckline, occassionaly face , but body dispersed with it, only occurs when i wake up so it means its from the food i eat previous night, is there a cure for this?or what has caused this, no issues for past 30odd years but now suddenly appears?

That's pretty strange how you've had no prior issues or signs of this for the past 30 years until recently. It definitely sounds like an allergic reaction of some kind. I would also question whether or not the reaction could be from a new laundry detergent that remains on your clothes. I've had a similar issue when I switched detergents in the past, so I'm hoping this will help cover all ends aside from just what you're eating.
If it really is what you're eating, do you recall buying a different brand of something or another than what you're typically used to? There could be an allergen in something that you may not have been aware of. I'd suggest changing your diet temporarily over the time span of a few days (namely just fruits and veggies if possible) to see if you notice any improvement in the condition.
Anyone else have some suggestions as to what this might be?
