The Use Regestrone

I want to postpone periods my fnd adviced regesterone fr 5 days 5mg twice daily..should i take it twice or once? After how many days of stopping it wil i get myperiods?

I had pcod last 5 years . 2years before married, trying for pregnancy.taking 2 metfornim500mg/day. Irregular periods, weight gain, facial hair. Please help me to get pregnant.
