Is it true that Aspavor causes Tendonitis in a small percentage of users

I started taking Aspavor a couple of weeks ago as despite cutting animal fats out of my (pretty healthy) diet my cholesterol was very high. The side-effects are impacting my quality of life severely - I have gone from being fit and active to semi-crippled by terrible pains in my legs and hips (and cramping at night) plus lower back pain and tender undersides of my feet, especially when I walk. It feels as if I am walking on large stones and I shuffle along now like an old lady whereas before I was a gym bunny. Plus I am waking up 10-15 times a night - something that's never happened before. I am 50 and definitely don't want a heart attack or stroke but these side effects make me feel as if life is truly miserable. Will the side-effects gradually go away? I am also on Glucophage which did improve my quality of life before I started on the statins

I have been taking statins for 3 months, have pain in my nipples, had a gout atack that has left me crippled with pain in my leg .I also get pain in my joints and cramp in the calf muscle.
i also take disprin ,cardiocare> I had a tripple bypass SEPT 2012 I am 68 y/o male

If you atre taking any grans of statins or medicine to reduce cholesterol, please stop it, it causes in several people the aches and pains you describe.
