Skipping A Day Of Methadone
UpdatedHello everyone! I'm on 30mg of methadone a day for pain. I recently became sick with a stomach flu. That day I threw up my pills. I waited until I felt better and took them again. The thing is my doctor sends out my urine to a lab to check my levels to make sure I'm taking the correct amount. I'm worried that perhaps some was absorbed the day I got sick. If I skip a day of taking my methadone will that balance out for the day I was sick and took the extras? Please help if anyone knows. I'm a model patient and don't want to get kicked off the meds. Any advice will help.
