Skipping Oleanz 2.5mg - Side Effects
(Newest replies first)
Updated
I am taking Oleanz 2.5 mg for the past one year instead of Olanex 5 mg(taken upto 3 years). Now for the past one month I have changed the frequency of taking the tablet every two days first and then now once in a week.
What are the ill effects of NOT TAKING Oleanz 2.5mg every day? Also shall I continue to skip Oleanz 2.5mg ONCE FOR ALL?

Re: Verwon (# 1)
My weight increased by 8kgs after the usage of 6 months and moreover I was suffering from ataxia and think side effect of this medicine
Well, it does contain the active ingredient Olanapine, which is an antipsychotic, so stopping it, or cutting down may cause a return of the symptoms that it was being taken for and they may worsen due to a rebound effect.
Learn more Olanzapine details here.
Why are you stopping it? Has your doctor given you any advice?
