The correct spelling is Cymbalta, which may explain why you had trouble finding it. It is an SSNRI, here's the link to our monograph listing:

In France this medication is sold as Cymbalta. It helped me immensely with my depression and acute anxiety episode in Paris. Fortunately I met a psychoanalyst specialized in depression. My therapy with Dr. Nader Barzin allowed me to live without any need for medication; check out his blog on borderline depression if you can read French. Caroline.
