Ringworm On Spanial

My springer has what appears to be ringworm on her stomach and have been treating it with antifungal cream clotrimazole usp 1% seems to be working but getting outbreaks now up in the hair on her legs. Will Cefalexina help this? she is seven months old and weights about 30 pounds

No, Cephalexin is an antibiotic that only treats bacterial infections, but ringworm is a fungal infection, so it will have no effect on it.

Have you consulted your veterinarian? You need to be certain what this is, in order to treat it properly.

Can ringworm in cats be treated with Gelmicin? I got it from taking care of my neighbors newly adopted kittens and transferred it to my cat Holly, a longhaired domestic breed, before I realized what it was that I had. She has now developed circular patches of missing fur, a small one on the side of her face and another larger one on her back near the base of her tail, right where my left hand rests when I'm holding her over my shoulder. Will applying the cream work, and if so, how often should I apply it?
