Psychs Prescribing Benzos In Dfw

I have anxiety that is literally ruining my life. I work from home, I take online classes and I can barely go to the grocery store without having a panic attack. Every single psych I've seen will prescribe only SSRIs or antihistamines, no matter how long I take them and how much they don't help me. Is there a psych in DFW anyone can recommend?

hi Jamie , I go to ABC behavioral health in Dallas, their base is for lower income and mental disabilities, like bi polar, extreme anxiety,manic etc. they don't just hand out benzos but if its severe they will. you are followed monthly by a psychiatrist and a counselor. ive been going there for 2 years after a severe depression changed my life. it was debilitating, lost my job,my house everything. you might give them a try.
