Positve Hydrocodone Negative Oxycodone
UpdatedI am prescribed Fentanyl Patch 100mcg/hr Q3days and 15mg Oxycodone QID PRN for break through pain. I recently had a urine drug test & just received a letter from my doctors office saying they were dropping me because I tested negative for Oxycodone & positive for Hydrocodone (which I was on about a year ago but stopped working for me) and Norhydrocodone (which I have never taken. I took my last Oxycodone approximately 1 and a half to 2 days before the test. I have not taken Hydrocodone for about a year. Is there an explanation of how this could have happened?
