Pleural Effusion With A Lot Of Blood And Dark Count 200
UpdatedMy son is 36 years old. He had problems with his lungs from birth. He inhaled amniotic fluid at birth. He also received globulin injections for first 3 years. He had regular treatment for pneumonia. At present he had a pleural effusion tap - very bloody and dark. Lab results showed a count of 200?? He is hospitalized at present. Pulmonologist have to investigate what this means. At present I am worried and stressed.
