It shouldn't matter where you are located in the U.S; as virtually any medical doctor in your area can prescribe you a diet pill (such as phentermine, or any others). If you want to stay away from prescriptions I would recommend Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. They would also carry diet pills that are prescription strength, but it would be best to do your research on the specific brand you are looking for first so you can read user reviews. I was prescribed Phentermine 37.5 mg to help with weight loss, I also have to take Mylan daily for headaches.
