Partial Seizure
UpdatedI'm(40), a partial seizure patient(since March-15) and using levipil 500 twice daily. After following up, doctor says it would be continued. My questions are-
1. How long it to be taken ?
2. If seizure not occurred from the beginning
, then is there any scope of withdrawal or lower dose adjustments ?
3. Possible side effect.

You should take it as long as your doctor instructs you to do so, it may be the only thing preventing you from experiencing seizures.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.
Are you on any other medications? When was the last time you had a seizure?
