Is it okay to take amrix ( muscle relaxer 15 mgs) while taking taking oxycodone (10 mgs) ? ## Oxycodone and Cyclobenzaprine use concomittantly must be done with caution and only with your doctors approval. Combining the two can worsen the central nervous system depressant effects that both medications can cause on their own. Is you doctor aware that you are taking both?

Dr just changed my pain med from oxycodone 5/325 to Hydrocodone 7.5/500. He says this will cover pain longer. Is this right? ## Well, from my information, this isn't necessarily true. It is an equivalent dosage, but they are usually take at exactly the same intervals to help control pain. Side effects are also the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. I just had a script filled at RiteAide and this is what they gave me ? silver tri shaped pill from New Dehli, India. suppose to b oxycodone. what is Lorapet? ## Well, it is definitely not Oxycodone, nor any other narcotic medication. If what you have received is actually Loparet, and there is no way for us to confirm this, it contains Loperamide, the same ingredient sold over the counter in the U.S. under the brand name Imodium and use to prevent diarrhea. Is anyone else familiar with these tablets? ## I came upon these, too. I have no idea what they are, but are supposed to be 80mg oxy....never saw silver pills before. shiny silver 3 sided pill. No markings at all. Suposed to be an 80mg oxycodone from India. Have my doubts. What is it. ## If there are no markings, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere. It could be Oxycodone or any one of a large number of other medications or supplements. That is the problem with ordering from a foreign source. I wish we could help you more. I heard that the shortage of Roxycodone is the DEA'S Fault. It seems that their little wa r on drugs is aimed at people who suffer from chronic pain. These People at the DEA have no care what soever if people who are suffering get their medicine.
