Only Spotting Is There No Period

Am 25years old..i have pcod problem from two year..i recently got married before 4 months..i get spotting before one week of my period..i consulted doctr..Doctor has advised me to take regestrone 5mg..my spotting started from febuary 13th and my regular period started on 17th febuary..after 5th day of period i started to take regestrone tab from 21st..aftr dat i spotted for 5 days and later on march 16th i got spotting and abdominal pain very badly..aftr dat i only spotting is there no regular period for me..please help me and suggest me when wil i get my normal period and when will my spotting stop..
