Oligo Care Tablets

doctor suggested me to take "oligo care" for one month even though i have sperm count of 50million and active motility 70%.Is it ok.

Oligocare is just a nutritional supplement, it is often given to men that have fertility problems, because a deficiency in some of the vital nutrients it contains can have an affect on that. However, since it is a supplement and not an actual medication, there is no harm in taking it, if your doctor has advised you to do so, even if you don't have fertility issues.
