I was prescribed O2 for diarrhea.. Does it lead to dizziness.

My wife has undergone an open heart surgery 2 years ago. She is having stitches for that. Still the stitches are not fully OK? She is having pains there. Doctor suggested Ketripline cream, and another Doctor suggested Senz cream. When she use Senz cream, she experienced more itching and inflammation. Please send your suggestion.
