Hi. Need help. My partner has a regular period. We had sex last aug 18th, during fertile days. The condom broke. She took nordette 2hrs after the deed, and 12 hrs later for the second dose.. She didn't experience any withdrawal bleeding. Based on her monthly period, dapat magkakaron sya by sept 3rd. Until now delayed pa din sya. We tried a pregnancy test. The 1st time around it was invalid but we reused it and the result is positive. Is she really pregnant? ## Reused pt? Buy a new one and try again.

what is the best alternative for nordette since it was already pulled off the market? i took trust pills for now kasi yun ang nirecommend ng watsons. but mercury said Lady pills exact dosage pareho ng sa nordette. im on my 2nd day sa new pack ng trust pills. i took the 1st pill the day i was supposed to take my nordette. im still safe right? since i did not skip any pill naman i wanna switch to Lady pills.. coz hiyang na ako sa dosage ng nordette since same naman sila. how will i be able to switch kaya? thanks ## How r u ryt now? Hi, i need help. Im not ready to have a baby yet. I took 4 pills of nordette 2 days after being intimate with my partner. The the next four pills i took 6 hours late because i fell asleep. Will it still be effective? The last time i tried nordette, i took nlthe next four pills an hour late and it was effective. This time, its 6 hours late. anything i can do so that i wont be pregnant? or any back up for nordette? ## Hi may i ask if the pills was still effective even when you took it 6 hrs late? I had sex with my bf last april 28th. I took 4 pills of nordette and 4 pills again after 12 hours. Then, on May 3rd I think at 3 or 4 am we did the deed. Is it safe to take nordette again? I took nordette 2 times and if there's a chance of taking it, it'll be my 3rd time. Actually he did not ejaculate inside me. I just want to make sure.. So i had unprotected with a guy last april 15 he pulled out his thing when he climaxed but I think theres some semen in me and found out about nordette and took it 49 hours after the intercourse, after 5 days I had my bleeding now in my 3rd day, does this mean I'm safe from pregnancy? i was using nordette 21pills and i want to change it to trust pills coz i feel i was gaining weight on my pills i was taking which is nordette. i was thinking how to change it and when i was starting taking another pills? do i finish first my pills i was taking now? or can i start it taking another pills right away? i was worried coz nordette is 21 tablet only.. please help me.. thanks.. ## You should double check this information with your doctor to be certain, but normally you would finish your current pack, then when it is time to start a new pack, switch to the Trust pills. When done that way, there's no break in keeping yourself protected from pregnancy. My last menstruation was January 15 and I usually bleed for 3 to 4 days. I had an unprotected sex with my boyfriend a week after my first day of menstruation, January 22. He accidentally ejaculated inside me. I took Nordete 21 within 48 hours after the deed since that is the only EC pill available here in the philippines. Days after taking the pill i experience breast tenderness and soreness and it's very painful. Aside from that i didn't experience any side effects. I was expecting my period February 12. Hi, would like to ask for some opinions, please help. Had unprotected sex feb 1st, bf did withdrawal. It was my first time, i was a virgin. Took nordette within 24hours, i took all the 21 tablets with interval instead of only 8, 4 each per interval. I wanted to be sure so i took it all. hi! had sex last oct. 21 (my first day of fertility) around 7am and took nordette at 10am (1st dose) and another at 10pm (2nd dose). on my first dose, i experinced abdominal cramps and LBM. on my second dose, i sleep right after taking it and didn't experience any pain. it's been 2 weeks now and i've not experienced any type of bleeding yet, not even cramps. however, i've been having mucus release for the 11th day today. it's sticky and yellowish-green. it is my first time encountering such mucus. what does it mean? by the way, i have a regular 29-day cycle.

If you take it on the first day of your period, it will provide immediate protection against pregnancy. However, if you start it later in your cycle, you'll need to take it for a full 7 days, before it will be effective. My bf's condom broke when he's inside me. After 17 hours I took 4 nordette pills and after 12 hrs I took another 4 pills. After 24 hrs after taking Nordette is it okay to drink other medicines like cetirizine and amoxicilin? and after 2 days changed amoxicilin to cloxacilin.. will it affect the effectiveness of the pill? Is it alright to drink other medicine after using nordette?

hi. i had my menstruation on january 1 and it ended january 5. i had intercourse 2 days after but it was protected. then I decided to take nordette 21 4 days after. i was not on my period and it said to take the first pill on the first day of period but i took it anyway. will this still be effective? ## Will nordette 21 be still effective even you started taking it not on the first day of your period (but within the scope of 72hrs after intercourse)? Like in my case, i had intercourse 8 days after the last day of my period an took the first pill 9 days after my last of period. As per Nordette instruction it should be taken on your 1st day of period. But i was so focused on taking it within the scope of 72hrs so i miss the instruction that it should be taken on the 1st day of period. Ple...

I am 49 and still menstruating but starting hot flushes, I have decided to stop Nordette after some years. Used it for heavy periods. After 3 weeks not taking it, I am experiencing a lot of water retention. What can you recommend as a natuarl drug? I am also on pharmapress and concor for mild hypertension.
