UpdatedDrink plenty I mean PLENTY OF WATER as much as possible until you're peeing almost clear, and fruits or juices like bolt house farm, Naked, all natural juices. Pee as much as possible before you go. the first pee of the day is the dirtiest. So pee a lot before you go.
